Yes, You Can Actually Orgasm From GIVING (Not Receiving) Oral Sex

orgasm, oral sex
Some people come from giving head. Could there be erectile tissue in the throat?
Back in the 1970s, the groundbreaking porn movie Deep Throat had a silly but effective story line. The heroine, played by Linda Lovelace, could only get off by shoving a large object down her gullet. Why? Because her clitoris was in her throat.
Fast-forward forty years later and what was once a "holy moly" party trick is now something every self-respecting porn actress can do. (And gay porn actors too, I suppose.) We run faster, we swim faster, we jump higher — apparently we can sword-swallow better, too.
Obviously, this is a treat for the person on the receiving end. Duh, right? What's less well-known is that oral sex and deep throat can be a treat for the giver, too.Because my partner Sheri and I teach about sex and relationships, we spend a lot of time talking with folks about sex. You'd be surprised how many people get turned on by giving head
 — to the point of orgasm, even!
This is kind of counter-intuitive. To orgasm, you need to stimulate erectile tissue, right? It's the rub-a-dub theory of orgasm. There's more to orgasm than that, though. A lot more. It has a mental component. The idea of giving head can be a turn-on. You can also train yourself to get turned on (and even orgasmic) from just about anything, even if it doesn't take you anywhere near erectile tissue.
Sheri talks about how to learn this in her book Succulent SexCraft: Your Hands-On Guide to Erotic Play & Practice. You can learn to orgasm from nipple play, from thigh stroking, even from just a hot fantasy.
But here's the most provocative notion: What if Deep Throat's storytellers weren't far from wrong?

I'm not suggesting that women have a clitoris in their throat. We can all agree that they don't. There may be erectile tissue there, though. We don't know for a scientific fact that it's there, but we do know that erectile tissue isn't only in our genitals.
The ears contain erectile tissue. So does the nose. Ears, nose and throat — that's a package. It's why we have ear, nose and throat doctors. You've got erectile tissue in your ears. You've got it in your nose. So what's the throat, chopped liver? The neglected stepchild? There's a logic that says if you've got it in the ears and nose, you've got it in the throat, too.
This theory came up during a conversation Sheri had with two other sex geeks, Jaiya and Susan Bratton. These are people with a deep understanding of anatomy and it was interesting enough to inspire a collective "hmm."
If it's true, it makes deep throating a recipe for two-way pleasure. Erectile tissue, meet erectile tissue! Might this be another reason people get off on giving head? Just a hypothesis, folks. An outrageous hypothesis.

Genius Vibrator Allows You To Text And Masturbate Simultaneously

I Can Text And Masturbate
You only need ONE hand.
What is blue, rabbit-like and able to fill all of my orgasm requirements at once? If you guessed it was a pure silicone, 10-variable vibration, dual motor sex toy called Arielle... well you’d be able to read the title of this review.
All jokes aside — this toy fills up my vagina, rubs against my G-spot and manages to contort to my favourite clitoral stimulation, all while keeping one hand free to film my orgasm for my boyfriend.
The Basics:
Arielle is from the Luxe product line made by Blush Novelties. It is pure silicone (with an ABS plastic battery cap), splash proof and battery-operated (2 x AAA). The large arm has an insertable length of 4.75 inches and is 1-inch wide. The smaller arm is 3 inches long. It has two different buttons — one is to turn on and off the power, while the second button changes the vibration setting.
The buttons actually light up during use, depending on the vibration mode. There are two motors that operate this toy: one for each arm of the toy. Depending on which motor is activated by the vibration setting, the lights shine blue (in a non-offensive, non-distracting way). Although totally not necessary, it is kind of a fun addition — there is a visual representation of what’s vibe-ing.
The vibration is rumbly in the tips, with three increasing intensity settings and seven settings of alternating motor patterns. The toy itself is mildly flexible, which allows contortion for pinpoint precision, while maintaining pressure. The silicone itself just feels like standard silicone — there is no distinct difference or particular softness.

The Packaging
The packaging really isn’t anything special. There was no storage pouch. There is no user manual, but it is a pretty self-explanatory toy.  You need to keep the package and the original receipt for the 5 year warranty on this product line. (Read Blush Novelties’ warranty FAQ.)

Using It With A Partner
Using this toy with a partner is a bit awkward. Because it has a unique design, you’re both trying to figure out how to get the best sensations from it at the same time. Is it too far in? Is it hitting your G-spot? Which of the ten settings is the best? Is the direct pressure on your clit too much? Too little? What is happening?
We’re used to having either a thrusting toy or a vibrator – we’re not used to having two-in-one. It was kind a mess, and I ended up taking control of it in order for an orgasm to occur. The vibration strength was perfect for me — I am definitely NOT a power queen, but I like a little oomph.
After fumbling and using it together, we didn’t really enjoy it, and didn’t think it would become one of our favourites. This is why sex toy reviewers try toys more than once (and you should too)!
Using It By Myself

Using it by myself was unexpectedly enjoyable. In order for me to orgasm, I need vibrations on my clitoris, and I need something for my vagina to squeeze. If it stimulates my G-spot, it is even better. Typically, when I masturbate, I am juggling two toys, porn browsing, and lube re-applications.
Well, this toy is two-in-one. I can thrust with it, which pleases my need for interior stimulation, and it doesn’t lose out on stimulating my clit.
Because the smaller arm is flexible, smooth and elongated, it can consistently reach my clit while I am thrusting. The thrusting also allows for vibrator stimulation on my G-spot. I tended to press down on the smaller arm for a stronger pressure but it was easily manageable with one hand.
My other hand was free for all my other needs: browsing porn, applying lube and recording a video for my boyfriend who is currently away. I can text and masturbate. I mean, that’s pretty near perfect.
The vibration settings are really fun, and unlike other toys you can actually feel a difference. The first three settings are a solid vibe with increasing intensities. The next seven vibes alternate between the uses of motors. Some of them use both motors at the same time, just with varying pauses. Some of the settings alternate between using the smaller motor and the larger motor.
My favourite setting is number 8 — really long buzzes that alternate between both motors. It almost feels like I’m edging myself. I would never cum from that setting, but it does do a damn good job of getting me to the brink, repeatedly. (Check out our video for details on flexibility and the vibrate settings.)

The Downsides
Of course, being battery operated isn’t ideal but they can’t all be rechargeable. However, the fact it only takes 2 x AAA is on the lesser end of evils. The toy is marketed as splash proof but described on the website to be safe in the shower. The small info pamphlet says that it should not be submerged.
I am not convinced that the battery cover is OK in the shower and I am not planning on testing this theory. I did however get the battery cover pretty wet by washing it and there was no damage.
I also unfortunately managed to change the vibe setting mid-orgasm. The buttons are super easy to press, which I thought was an advantage until it happened by accident in the heat of the moment. I mean, lesson learned, and it hasn’t happened again — this is just a warning for new users.
This toy surprised me in more ways than one. It has a unique shape, which works for my personal needs of both internal and external stimulation, with the bonus of a G-spot vibe. It has a variety of settings that are actual noticeable, complete with a non-offensive blinking light that mimics the vibrations. This toy was significantly better when used solo for masturbation
than having a partner control it.
I would definitely recommend this toy if you enjoy both vaginal and clitoral stimulation. I would not recommend it if you only need one of those two. If you are a power queen, then you can easily use the insertable end of this toy and a different vibrator, but in that case, just buy a regular insertable. Verdict: Arielle is ending up on my nightstand for nights when I’m home alone.

This Is The Only Sex Toy That Ever Made My Vagina Squirt

It's sleek, sexy, silky and scream-inducing.
Let’s just get this out of the way: Yes, I squirted. It was the first time and it was glorious. It was less wet than I had imagined, but it was still pretty damn wet.
The Lelo Ella has been responsible for many people’s first squirts so I knew I had to try it. Many reviewers have started their squirting adventures with this elegant, sleek little sex toy. I am pleased to confirm that I have joined that group, and I'm proud to say I now how to squirt. But don’t fret: Even if Ella doesn’t make you squirt, your G-spot will still sing with joy.
The Basics
Ella is a double-ended G-spot dildo, which means that one of its ends is designed specifically to reach your G-spot. The other end is designed as a classic insertable. Ella is 100 percent silicone — a really smooth silicone that has a soft silky feel to it. It is currently my favorite toy to hold because of the silkiness and sleek curves. The "classic" end can also be inserted anally because the G-spot curve will stop it from being sucked in.
Although Ella does not vibrate (like Lelo Gigi 2), you won’t be disappointed. It is 7.25 inches long and 1.4 inches wide, body-safe, waterproof and overall easy to clean.
As with all silicone toys, a water-based lube is recommended. You should not use a silicon-based (or mixed) lube without first doing a patch test. (Check out our guide to silicone.)
The Packaging
Lelo sent Ella in sexy packaging. They have a clean, elegant black box that goes perfectly with their sleek toy. Inside the box you will find a satin pouch, a user manual and a code for their one-year warranty. The warranty is easy to set up.
What I appreciate is that the user manual discusses squirting in a super inclusive way: "Some women ejaculate during G-spot-triggered orgasm; some do not. There is no ‘normal’, just what works for your body." Well done, Lelo.
The Story of the Squirt
There was some serious anticipation leading up to trying Lelo Ella. When it arrived, it was washed and used immediately. I ooh-ed and aww-ed over its curves and luxurious material and I couldn’t wait to try squirting. Obviously, it didn’t happen the first time — that would have been a miracle. It did feel amazing though. It was the first time I really got to feel my G-spot in all its sensations.
The toy was incredibly easy to guide inside of me and it made contact with my G-spot almost instantly. The direct pressure was exactly what I had hoped to feel. It did not disappoint. Although I didn’t squirt, I did orgasm pretty damn quickly. It was deep, intense and long lasting.
I repeated right away and got the same results. I was a bit disappointed that I hadn’t squirted but it didn’t really matter because I was already enamored with the sensations the focused head provided.
We kept using Ella with the goal of squirting but had accepted that it wasn’t going to happen and that I was just going to enjoy a mixed clitoral/G-spot orgasm (I always use my hand, my partner’s hand or a vibrator on my clit). I found that my partner wasn’t quite getting the right angle with Ella while I was lying down and he was in front of me. We changed a few positions until we found the ultimate angle.

Sitting up in bed with my partner controlling a vibrator and me controlling Ella — it was a collaborative effort. I started to feel this swelling inside of me so I started thrusting faster and harder until I felt a release. OMG I felt a release. Ella was SOAKED. I didn’t spray 10 feet and I didn’t soak through the sheets but I definitely ejaculated.
I’ve had countless orgasms with the help of the G-spot end of Ella. The other side — classic penetration — feels great against my vaginal walls but the tip is too pointy for me. It feels mil
dly uncomfortable to use and I always end up just turning it around to use the G-spot end. The classic end isn’t even that pointy — but for some reason I can feel it and I don’t particularly like it.
In the Butt
You can insert Lelo Ella anally as well because the curve of the G-spot acts like a flared base. It inserts surprisingly well. For someone who doesn’t use butt plugs often, I can insert almost the entire toy without any discomfort. It’s the perfect width for my butt and the perfect handle for my partner to have control.
I’m super surprised by this discovery but I have to say that the Lelo Ella is great for anal beginners. (You must sterilize any toy that is going from anal to vaginal, after every anal use.)
I find that the black silky material holds on to my natural juices, which can either make it slippery or can make it flaky. I don’t find it particularly pleasant to switch ends mid-way because my hand just gets covered in drying juices. The short handle can make it a bit awkward when you’re slipping around but I don’t find that it takes away too much from the experience.

I won’t be using the classic end for vaginal penetration but it does glide smoothly into my butt, which is definitely a perk. This toy is pretty multi-functional so whether or not your body can squirt, I would highly recommend Lelo Ella.
Lelo Ella seems to be slowly disappearing from online sites but you can still buy from SheVibe or Sex Toys Canada.
Disclaimer: Lelo as a manufacturer has been under a lot of fire in recent years. There seems to be a lack of real innovation, a decrease in quality, an un-justified increase in price and a not-so-great customer service (especially where warranties are concerned). Lelo seems to have peaked with their older toys such as the Ella, Mona 2 and Luna Beads. I would highly recommend doing research before splurging on a Lelo toy. Ella is usually recommended but many of Lelo’s other products are not.

2 Techniques That'll Give Any Woman The Strongest Orgasm Of Her Life

GAME-CHANGERS. You probably already know that the intensity of a woman's orgasm can vary wildly... and it's one of our greatest advantages as guys. We can give women light, playful orgasms that make the hairs on her skin stand while she giggles and squeals. We can give them deep, full body orgasms that start in her hips and send pulsating waves of pleasure down to her toes and back again. And we can give her a wild variety of others in between. What you’re about to learn is the best way to make a woman come HARD and give her the strongest orgasms her body is capable of having. I call it multiple edging orgasms. It’s a simple way of combining two of the best orgasm intensifying techniques you’ll ever use, into one sex life altering move that will leave her breathless and wondering which way is up. Here are those 2 techniques separately, then I'll tell you how to combine them together so you can give any woman the strongest orgasm of her life. 1. The Edging Orgasm WiffleGif Edging is bringing your woman to the brink of orgasm and then stopping right before it happens. Once the impending orgasm is gone, you start over and build it back up. Each time you do this, the intensity of her orgasmic potential grows. The more you edge, the harder she comes! There are two ways to edge a woman. You can bring her to the brink of orgasm and then stop touching her "orgasm zone" completely (so if you’re giving her a clitoral orgasm using your fingers, you would completely remove your hand and stop all contact with her clit while you stimulate her breasts or kiss her). Or you can bring her to the brink of orgasm and then keep the stimulation going but drastically decrease its speed and pressure. Once the orgasm is no longer close, start over and build it up again. Most guys get so excited when their woman is on the verge of a climax that they would never even think of stopping or slowing down… but if you want to be one of the rare men who’s known as "the best she’s ever had" …
you know you need to do something different than other guys and this is it. 2. The Multiple Orgasm Technique Giphy Her first orgasm is always the weakest. But, the more she comes, the stronger (and easier) each orgasm gets. So give her multiple orgasms. Give her the same type of orgasm multiple times. For example, you can give her multiple clitoral orgasms one after another. Keep in mind that when a woman has a clitoral orgasm, her clit will get so sensitive that if you keep touching it, it can start to hurt. This makes a lot of women believe that they can’t have multiple orgasms. But they can. All women can. By giving her a little time to recuperate and then SLOWLY building the pressure up again with a much lighter technique, you can make her come again a second time. You can also try giving her different types of orgasms, one after another. For example, you can use your mouth and tongue to give her a clitoral orgasm and then use your fingers to give her a g-spot orgasm while her clit "cools down". By the time she has that g-spot orgasm, her clit (and your tongue) will have recovered and they’ll be ready for a second round. Give your girl this style of multiples and you’ll notice they start happening much quicker. You can actually get to the point where one orgasm starts before the last is completely done. They start blending together and seem like one giant, never ending orgasm. This, my erotically gifted friend, is how you make a girl come for 10, 20 even 30 minutes and when you combine these two techniques, you can make her come hard! TumblrTo pull off Multiple Edging Orgasms, try this technique (it's my favorite), but feel free to play around with it and find your own. Edge her once again and return to clitoral stimulation. Clitoral orgasms are usually the easiest for women to achieve so whenever I’m edging multiple orgasms, I usually let her have a clitoral orgasm first. Remember, once she has that first orgasm, the next become MUCH easier and take a lot less time to achieve. While she’s recuperating from her clitoral climax, give her a g-spot orgasm. It’ll take less and less time for her to come with every orgasm you give her until the point where one starts happening before the last is done.

Don't Fake An Orgasm EVER Again. (Have The 'Big O' On YOUR Terms!)

female orgasm
It's time you knew the truth about how female orgasm REALLY works. You know, it's not surprising that women think a vaginal orgasm is the only way to go. Sigmund Freud was the first to lie about female orgasms. He said that the clitoral orgasm was ‘infantile’ and the only 'grown up' orgasm for women was a vaginal climax. (How would he even know, having a penis?) Freud also said any woman who couldn’t have a vaginal orgasm must be 'frigid' (maybe that's because he never touched a woman’s clitoris). Freud obviously was not very “in touch” with female sexuality. The vaginal orgasm is an illusion! Ninety-nine percent of women need clitoral stimulation in order to achieve an orgasm. So, the reality is — if you think you're having an orgasm by pure vaginal intercourse, you're likely getting clitoral stimulation through your clitoral roots or "crus," which are the ‘legs’ of the clitoris inside of the vagina. (Or, more specifically: These roots reach down and under the surface around the opening of the vagina.) The crus engorges when you're turned on and, for some women, they're close to the surface that you feel extra stimulation during penetrative intercourse. For some lucky women, if your clitoris is close to your vagina, then certain sex positions during intercourse will pull, tug, and put pressure on the clitoris to help with stimulation. Other women who have a clitoris that is anatomically further away from the vagina can stimulate the clit with a hand, a vibrator, or by rubbing against your partner or the bed during intercourse, leading to indirect clitoral stimulation to climax. So,

are you lying about your orgasm? Giphy Experts say that 80 percent of women fake orgasm at some point during sex because most women are too nervous to tell their partner what they need to reach orgasm (or don’t even know themselves). Also interesting — In a new study at UCLA, men were asked how many minutes of direct clitoral stimulation they thought it took for women to reach orgasm. Most men said “about four minutes.” In reality it takes anywhere from seven to 25 minutes. But it’s not entirely their fault. If women are faking it after about four minutes, men falsely believe they're doing a good job. Women need to explain to their male partner how to make climax happen or else they're leading guys on with bad information. Don’t get me wrong — some women can orgasm through vaginal penetration. This is because the walls of the vagina close about a third of the way into the vaginal canal during intercourse. If the woman is already stimulated from clitoral orgasm or g-spot stimulation, that can lead to a mind blowing and expanded orgasm. Stimulating the g-spot area (which is an area about an inch or two in on the front side of the vagina) can be a wonderful way for a woman to climax. But, keep in mind the vagina is a complex system of nerve endings, with the clitoris being the greatest area of stimulation on the female body. So, use your sexual creativity and increase your sexual confidence. Most importantly: Be honest with your partner about what brings you to orgasm. Concentrate on your clitoral orgasm, through oral or manual sex. After you've climaxed, you may be able to reach a vaginal orgasm more easily. Either way, focus on your pleasure without worrying about how long you last, whether it works, or what kind of orgasm you experience. Sex should be a pleasurable experience where you can enjoy the moment without stress or pressure. To be honest, stress-free PLEASURE is way more important than any orgasm will ever be.

'I don't touch asparagus'

Sex And The City is sure to be a favourite at cinemasamong the female fans of the television series. But what did male viewers think of the show, and will they be queueing to see the film?

Trevor Noah
Comedian and TV personality
Kim Cattrall's character was my favourite. It had great impact, because it was new and it was comedy without the canned laughter. It was also brash and daring.
I'm actually surprised that Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker sorted out their problems, because the way they were carrying on I didn't think they would do the film. My girlfriend is going to watch it with her friends. It's just one of those things. I'm sure it'll be a great chick flick, but it'll be a chick flick nonetheless, so I'll be watching something else.
Chris Beasley
Actor
Sex And The City was never quite my cup of tea, but fun nonetheless. I watched it on TV on the odd occasion, and it did deal with some interesting issues.
It's a well-produced, very well put together TV show. A slick package all around, so even if you don't go for that
sort of thing, it's tough to knock it. The show has a huge following, so I guess a movie makes complete sense,
though I don't imagine it will take home any Oscars.
But Sarah Jessica Parker irritates me, so I'll probably only watch it when it comes out on DVD.
Zane Henry
Tonight film writer
“Trust me, you'll love it,” my girlfriend kept telling me. “It's all about hot women talking about sex all the time.
Just give it a chance.” The TV episode I happened to catch was the one where Samantha was telling the girls how her current beau's semen tasted like asparagus.
I didn't need stuff like this in my life. Men enjoy living in a hermetically sealed, egotistical bubble. Sex And The City punctured this bubble with candid analyses, deconstructions, and critique of guys' mojos.
I now know what tulle is, who Manolo Blahnik is and
that, in all likelihood, all my girlfriend's girlfriends know my coital foibles. And somehow, this has made me a better man. I no longer wear socks to bed, have mapped out the pin-point coordinates of the G-spot and can tell the
difference between Miu Mius and Jimmy Choos. Oh, and I don't touch asparagus.
Charles De Olim
Editor of Tonight
I'm more of a Seinfeldman. My impression of New York, indeed New Yorkers, will always be shaped by the quirky characters in the “show about nothing”. That said, I enjoyed the Sex And The City TV series ... for one reason
only: Samantha (any other man who says differently is lying).
It's like the Kim Cattrall's character was written especially
to fulfil every young man's fantasy: A hot, confident MILF-type using you as a piece of meat to reach her orgasm. What more could a man want? Samantha also had the best lines. I remember a scene - a friend is complaining about the demands men make while giving a blow job - to which Samantha replies: “Honey, they don't call it a ‘job' for nothing”. Brilliant.
Nataniel
Artist
I loved the TV series, it was the only full series, apart from Ally McBeal, that I have ever watched. (I obviously have a thing about thin people.)
I was deeply moved by the fact that they could walk the streets every night in Manolo Blahnik shoes, wearing tons
of jewellery and priceless handbags. In this country you'd be dead and the jewellery would be gone. (Don't know
about the shoes.)
I loved the combination of fantastic fashion, restaurants, they were always eating, never putting on weight, and cheap psychology.
Plus the fact that Sarah Jessica Parker's character did not have a huge income, but appeared in a different outfit every three minutes. And that beautiful people were simply everywhere, always single. That's how life should be. I will definitely watch the film on DVD, the widescreen thing seldom works for me. Unless Jane Austen is involved.

The high priest of Catholic Kama Sutra

He has been dubbed the high priest of Catholic Kama Sutra, but Polish Friar Ksawery Knotz says that by giving married couples tips on how to practice divine sex he is simply doing God's work.
"I certainly encourage married couples to pray for a good and happy sex life - it's a way for them to become closer to God," the 43-year-old Roman Catholic monk told AFP.
"At first people are usually slightly shocked but at the same time happily surprised," says Knotz, who like all Catholic clergy has taken a vow of celibacy.
Knotz has held retreats with more than 3 000 devoutly Roman Catholic couples in Poland since 2000, with the tacit blessing of church superiors... and an approving nod from secular therapists.
Couples are so eager to attend that his weekend and six-day workshops are booked solid for the next year.
"If you believe in God, then you believe God is involved in life, in love, marriage and in sex and sexuality - it seems natural to talk about sex to remove taboos and the label of sinfulness," says the monk, who resides in a monastery of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin in Stalowa Wola, southern Poland.
The friar admits the popular teachings of the Roman Catholic church on the subject of sex have been weak - if not downright dissuasive.
"It's been labelled taboo or sinful," Knotz says, but is quick to point out that in keeping with the church's teaching, he preaches only about the joys of sex restricted to marriage between a women and men.
Both his book, entitled The Act Of Marriage, and his Chance To Meet website  launched in 2004 and has both English and Polish versions, graphically explore the steamy details of divine love-making.
In a passage entitled the "theology of the orgasm", Knotz likens the peak of sexual excitation to meeting God in heaven.
"Love between a married couple expressed in sex, brings the human body closer to heaven. The ecstasy in the joy of sexual intercourse can be likened to the joy of eternal life," he says giving an unusual twist to the religious notion of eternal salvation.
"This is why the conjugal act allows spouses to begin to understand the sweetness of encountering God," Knotz concludes, and is quick to caution that "concentration on the physiological side of a sexual intercourse causes reduction of its most important elements."
Knotz also insists "good, open communication between spouses" is the best technique to achieve orgasms of heavenly proportions.
And he does not neglect women - in strongly Catholic and conservative Poland where a Women's Party founded last year said the country's real political problem was not corruption or the legacy of communism but... male chauvinism.
He encourages husbands to take their time to "fully appease" their wives.
"When a woman is excited, she wants to experience absolute pleasure as much as a man does," the monk's website says. "The feeling of sexual dissatisfaction, for a woman who is already excited, is a great physical and psychological suffering."
Though his teachings do not skimp on spicy details, detractors argue that as a celibate man of the cloth he lacks the hands-on experience to speak credibly about sex.
"I look at it this way: you don't have to have a heart condition to be a cardiologist and you don't have to be an alcoholic to work as a therapist," he says unfazed.
The monk explains he was originally inspired by the open atmosphere of his family home and the early teachings of late Polish-born Pope John Paul II who broached the subject of sexuality in his book Love And Responsibility, first published in 1960.
"The Holy Father's 'theology of the body' and other philosophical and theological works delve deeply into the divinity of sexual relations in marriage - I'm just making these complex ideas more accessible to average Catholics," he says.
Kasia and Jan Paluszewski are true believers. Married for 18 years the parents of three children aged 16, 13 and three, they say Friar Knotz's teachings have "uplifted" and "enlightened" their sex life and spirituality.
"The workshops with Father Knotz really helped us to overcome our inhibitions and guilt regarding sex," Jan, a 46-year-old IT specialist from Poland's north-west Kujawsko-Pomorskie region told AFP. "He really listens to couples and this is why I think he understands us so well."
Psychotherapist Marek Ruzdziewicz says conventional sex therapy does not address or really consider spiritual aspects of sex.
"I never heard of it before meeting Father Ksawery," he told AFP. "It's a novel approach which in my experience helps couples achieve greater intimacy - so why not?"

Woman claims man masturbated during job interview

Alfredo Witlouw, 34, appeared in court on a charge of sexual assault.
Daily Voice - A Pelican Park woman says she is in shock after she went for a job interview and her interviewer masturbated in front of her.
The woman claims on Monday, she went for an interview for a position as an office administrator at Stortech, a business solutions company in Bellville, where the man locked the door and sexually assaulted her.

The suspect, Alfredo Witlouw, 34, has since been arrested and appeared in court on Wednesday on a charge of sexual assault.
She says she saw an advert for the job on social media, and Witlouw told her he owned 60% of the company.
“My friend and I spoke to him for two weeks and I got an interview first. At the office, he was very professional, then he got up and stood gazing out the window and took out his penis. I froze in fear,” says the mortified woman.
He then allegedly started masturbating.
“I got up to leave but he stopped me and while still playing with himself, he started touching my breasts,” she says.
“I hit his hands away and told him to back off, I want to leave, but the door was locked. He had an orgasm and said to me this is exactly what happens if people want to work for his company.
“Witlouw left the office and I walked out of the building in a daze and utterly confused by what had just happened.”
The woman says she could not sleep on Monday night, and the next day she called the company.
Human resources manager, Glenda Isaacs, informed management and Witlouw was immediately suspended.
Isaacs also arranged a taxi to transport the woman to Bellville Police Station where she laid a charge.
“We have no positions available for administrative officers. Witlouw misrepresented [the company] when he said this. He was suspended and escorted off our premises,” Isaacs told Daily Voice.
Witlouw was confirmed to be a general worker at the firm.
The woman, who has been out of work for five years, says she has put her job hunting on hold now.
“I am too afraid to leave my house. I am too scared to even try now because when will I ever be safe again?” she says.
Lieutenant Colonel Andrè Traut confirms: “The suspect was arrested and made a court appearance this morning on a charge of sexual assault in Bellville.”
The Daily Voice tried to reach Witlouw on his cellphone, which went to voicemail. He did not respond to messages requesting comment.

4 sex positions to keep you warm this winter

Certain sex positions can definitely generate more body heat than others. Picture: Pixabay
As the nights get colder, there’s no place like home. To be exact, there’s no place like your bed. Preferably with your partner. Snuggling.
But don’t let the weather outside keep you from peeling off your PJs inside. As long as you get busy in the right positions, sex can help warm you up from the inside out.
Certain sex positions can definitely generate more body heat than others. The key factors are how much skin is touching and how fast you’re moving.
Another upside of skin-to-skin contact? It may prompt your system to produce more of the feel-good hormone oxytocin. And the release of oxytocin gives you a better chance of having an orgasm.
Lay down doggy
While traditional doggy style provides almost no direct skin contact except at the pelvis, this modified version makes it easy for partners to stay close and cozy.
Snuggly spoon
How Do You Measure Up? Men Reveal What They Consider A High Sex Drive When It Comes To Women
Spoon-style sex is the perfect pose for cold nights because your bodies are wrapped tightly together, with his front warming up your back, butt, and shoulders. It's comfortable and lazy, and you can drape a blanket over your bodies to build extra heat.
Added bonus: The little spoon gets to feel cozy as she’s cradled by the big spoon.
Lotus blossom
Don’t worry, you and your partner don’t need to be yogis to pull off the lotus position. A cross between cowgirl-style action and a bear hug, lotus begins with your partner sitting cross legged (or as close to it as is comfortable, if flexibility is an issue).
Lotus is great because again, the whole chest, from the pelvis up, is connected. That level of skin-on-skin contact will bring you two to a slow boil.
Wintertime woman on top
The woman on top position puts you in the driver's seat, but it also leaves your body exposed - no fun if cool air in the bedroom is giving you goosebumps. Turn up the heat with this modification: After you get in position, lean forward so your torso is pressed against your partner, your arms gripping his shoulders or stretched out over his head.
From there, your partner can wrap his arms around your back so you both feel extra connected, and your mouths are close enough for lots of warm kisses. Tangling your legs and playing footsie will create even more sparks.
