Quesxtion:I'v read an instruction in a comercial site that how to replace the dead Sony VGP-BPS8 battery in the battery pack with new cells and I did but now the Sony VGP-BPS9 battery output is 0 volt while every single battery shows 3.8V. my laptop is Sony VGP-BPS3 battery and I am confident about repaired connections. Answer:Make sure you connected the Sony VGP-BPS5 battery in parallel or series, as instructed. Also you need to charge them. But I think there is some connection problem. Check your connections again and then try. hope this helps you.
