A new survey has revealed the month that you are most likely to have the most sex-- July! The survey also revealed the best way to have more sex is to start going on more vacations. Read on below.

Survey. A survey of 2,000 people conducted by the sex toy company Lovehoney revealed people having the most sex in the month of July.

Results. August came in at a close second. Twenty-five percent of people reported having the most sex in July. Twenty two percent said August was the most active month. The summer season seems to be the most popular time for sex.

Results. The survey also revealed one way you can up your summer sex tally: by going on vacation. According to Men's Health, "Two thirds of couples reported they have more sex while they’re on vacation than when they’re at home."

Vacation Sex. An overwhelmingly amount of people said that they always have sex on vacation-- 64% of the survey participants to be specific. This makes a whole lot of sense considering summer is the most reported time for sex and vacations.

Happier. Additionally, vacations are a time for people to feel relaxed, healthier and generally happier since they are away from the work and the stress of their everyday lives. This also accounts for the reported high sex rates during vacations.

More Passionate. The survey found that people tend to be more passionate when they are in a relaxed state. Considering stress can kill your sex drive, the results add up, Men's Health reports.

Stress. "Stress is the single most powerful biological inhibitor of the sex drive, according to Nan Wise, Ph.D., a cognitive neuroscientist and certified sex therapist," according to Men's Health. Simple breathing exercises can help to combat stress, but a summer vacation is much more effective.

Vacation sex. Not only are you likely to have more sex on vacation than usual, but the sex will mostly likely be much better. "One in five couples say they go the extra mile to 'spice things up while they are away,'" Men's Health reports.

Vacation Sex. Sex during your vacation can also mean trying new things. This can lead to having sex in exotic locations including "beach, a field, or the park," which were reported as the most popular.

Beach Sex. Although the beach sex you might want to avoid. According to Men's Health, the beach is one of the germiest locations to do the deed. It is so germ invested that beach sex can lead to diarrhea, infections, or rashes-- known mood killers.

Spicing things up. Another way couples spice up their sex life during vacation is through the use of sex toys. "Consider something small and easy to pack, like a penis ring. Try this one if you want to get harder and last longer. She’ll like it, too, since she’ll get extra clitoral stimulation," Men's Health recommends.

Mindblowing Sex. However, vacations aren't the only time that you can have mind-blowing vacation sex. Men's health lists different ways to turn your ordinary sex life into hot vacation sex.

Different Room. Do it in a different room. According to Yvonne K. Fulbright, Ph.D., author of Sultry Sex Talk to Seduce Your Lover, "Any time couples try sex in a new place, there’s an adventure element to it." So, it doesn't always have to be a beach or a fancy hotel-- sometimes just picking a different room is enough to up the excitement.

Massage. Massages are sensual, relaxing and are the perfect pregame for more intimate touching. "Pampering her gets her in the ‘I deserve this’ mind frame, which will have her owning her sexual desires," says Fulbright.

Set the Scene. According to Men's Health, part of what makes vacation sex so great is the ambiance. So, set the scene. Make tropical drinks, exotic foods and lit some beach scented candles.
